Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CarTrivia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

CarTrivia is a voice-controlled trivia game designed for use while driving. The App uses voice recognition to allow hands-free gameplay.

Safe Use

While CarTrivia is designed for safe, hands-free use, you are responsible for operating your vehicle safely. Always prioritize driving safely over gameplay. Do not let the game distract you from the road.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App while impaired

In-App Purchases and Credits

The App offers in-app purchases for credits and subscription passes. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Credit Usage

Credits are deducted based on the cost of generating trivia content. If you cancel a round in progress, credits will still be deducted for any questions that were already generated, as generation costs are incurred at the time of creation regardless of whether the questions are played.

If credits are incorrectly deducted due to a technical error on our part, contact us for a correction.

Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. For purchase issues, contact Apple Support or reach out to us at support@cartrivia.app.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CarTrivia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarTrivia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
